Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Korahire (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

1. The service

Korahire is a recruitment platform that lets companies post jobs, manage candidates, track applications, and collaborate with their hiring team. Some plans include optional AI-assisted features such as job description drafting and candidate insights.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Company admins are responsible for managing the users they invite into their workspace and for the data those users enter.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Korahire offers a free plan and paid subscription plans, billed monthly or yearly.
• Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's applicable buyer terms.
• Some plans include a free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the trial converts into a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including discriminatory hiring practices prohibited by applicable law.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another workspace, account, or to the Service's infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications to candidates.

5. Candidate and third-party data

As a company using Korahire, you are the data controller for the candidate information you collect through your job postings. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process that data, for honoring candidates' rights under applicable data protection law, and for the accuracy of the job postings you publish.

6. Intellectual property

Korahire and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Korahire and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to the Service; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk for us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-assisted output will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose; AI-generated content should be reviewed before you rely on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korahire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for hiring decisions made using information processed through the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Korahire is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
